If you are seeking to fund a new engagement or pre-pay for services which have not yet been provided by RIA Compliance Consultants, you should click the button directly above. However, an online payment by credit card or ACH withdrawal in anticipation of retaining RIA Compliance Consultants for the performance of new compliance services on behalf of a client or prospective client will not create a consulting relationship between the parties unless and until a written engagement agreement is executed by all the parties.  RIA Compliance Consultants does not utilize a client trust account. Please refer to your engagement agreement with RIA Compliance Consultants for more details, minimums, non-refundability and restrictions associated with retainer payments.
